Voucher Pack

Once payment for membership and the application form have been processed by the Real Rewards Administration Department; you will receive a new card with your preloaded e-vouchers.

• These e-vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of joining. The Real Rewards card must be presented at reception to receive applicable benefits
• Guests can still earn Real Rands on the accommodation portion charged to their account, but not for the complimentary portion of the e-voucher.
• E-vouchers may not be exchanged for either cash or other services.
• The use of e-vouchers is subject to the standard terms and conditions and right of admission by aha Hotels and Lodges.
• E-vouchers have no cash surrender value.
• E-vouchers issued on your previous Real Rewards membership tier will be honoured until their expiry date when you move to another tier.
• Membership packages and benefits, are reviewed annually and are subject to change on an annual basis.
• E-vouchers will only be honoured if accommodation is booked in advance through our Central Reservations Office on 0877409292 or realrewards@aha.co.za
• E-vouchers are valid until the date stated thereon, provided your Real Rewards membership remains active and you book at any aha Hotel or Lodge.
